ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL - NAMCO America is pleased to announce an expansion in the service department. Neil Goheen has joined the company in the customer service department as a bench technician. Neil, a coin-op industry veteran from Waukegan Il., has spent the past 6 years working in the technical department for Dell Electronics, the designers of NAMCO America's "Jumpin' Jackpot" and "Flamin' Finger" redemption games. Neil will be working together with the BANDAI NAMCO Games technical group in Japan and other service partners to help provide the highest level of technical service to NAMCO America's customers. This step will help reduce the amount of repairs that need to be shipped to Japan for service, thereby reducing turnaround time and overall costs for customers. NAMCO America is committed to providing quicker response and lower cost repairs for their customers. Eliminating the freight costs back and forth from Japan will be one step towards that goal.
