Namco adds Tech Support Guru
NAMCO America is pleased to announce that Joe Blackwell has joined our family in the role of Tech Support Specialist.
Prior to coming to NAI Joe spent the past three years as the Operations Manager for a large FEC in the Chicago suburbs. Many in the industry know Joe as the man at the helm of the Stern Pinball Service department for over 15 years. With Joe’s 32 years of coin-op experience providing customer service for both operating and manufacturing companies, he brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts to our customer service department.
In today’s market, being able to maximize earnings by decreasing downtime is a hot button for most locations and operating companies. Namco America is committed to providing the highest level of service and support to our customers and Joe will be a great addition to the team that will provide it.
